Cell morphology observed under SEM on (a) smooth PU-SF and (b) PU-SF with aligned microchannels. Cells were seeded at the density of 8 × 10⁴ cells mL⁻¹ and cultured for 10 days at 37°C in humidified air with 5% CO₂ (the same conditions were followed for all cell culture).
