Effect of EGCG on cell migration in M17 cells. M17 cells were wounded and then treated with vehicle (DMSO) or EGCG (0, 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100 μM) for 0 h, 24, 48, and 72 hours in 10% FBS-containing medium. At 0, 24, 48, and 72 hours, phase-contrast pictures of the wounds at three different locations were taken.
