<div>Effects of the JNK inhibitor SP600125 on CH-induced downregulation of<i> MDR1</i> mRNA expression by RT-PCR analysis in K562/ADR cells (1 × 10<sup>6</sup>). CH-induced downregulation of<i> MDR1</i> mRNA expression was abolished partly when combined with SP600125 (2.0 <i>μ</i>M).</div>
