Effects of the JNK inhibitor SP600125 (2.0 μM) on CH-induced downregulation of P-gp expression by Western blot analysis in K562/ADR cells (1 × 10⁶). CH-induced downregulation of P-gp expression was abolished partly when combined with SP600125 (2.0 μM).
