miR-375 Suppresses IGF1R Expression and Contributes to Inhibition of Cell Progression in Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

<table>IGF1R was upregulated in LSCC tissue samples. Expression level of IGF1R was tested in 20 primary LSCC by qRT-PCR. Results showed that IGF1R was frequently upregulated in tumour tissues compared with their normal counterparts. GAPDH was used as an internal control.</table>
