PCh 1 was positioned approximately even with the nasopharynx, pharyngeal PCh 2 was placed approximately at the oropharynx, pharyngeal PCh 3 was placed approximately at the hypopharynx, and pharyngeal PCh 4 was positioned at the upper border of the high-pressure zone of the UES.
