Immunofluorescence analysis. MDCK cells were infected with WSN or WSN/Tat virus. At 24 h p.i., the cells were stained with monoclonal antibodies specific for WSN H1 HA protein or a specific rabbit anti-Tat hyperimmune serum. They were then incubated with fluorescein isothiocyanate conjugated to goat anti-mouse IgG or goat anti-rabbit IgG, respectively.
