Humoral immune response. Mice (𝑛=10/group) were i.n. infected with WSN or WSN/TatΔ_51--59 virus. Tat-specific IgG antibodies were detected at 21 days after immunization and at 14 days after boost by use of an ELISA. Results represent the endpoint values for individual mice.
