FC-98 inhibited CpG-induced upregulation of surface markers without influence on endocytosis. (a) BMDCs were treated with indicated concentrations of FC-98 for 2 h, and then CpG (1  M) were added in. After 24 h, the expressions of CD40, CD80, CD86, and MHCII were analyzed by flow cytometry. (b) BMDCs were treated with or without FC-98 and then 0.5 mg/mL FITC-Dextran was added for another 1 h at 37°C (4°C as control) and analyzed by flow cytometry.
