Western blot analysis of caspase-3 and caspase-9 in Caco-2, HT-29, and SW480 cells after 48 h of vitamin K1 (VK1) treatment. The cells were exposed to increasing concentrations of VK1 (10 μM, 50 μM, 100 μM, and 200 μM). Immunoreactive bands were quantified using Quantity One program.
