Effects of rhHsp72 on liver function. Serum samples were harvested 18 h after CLP and sham surgery. Liver function was determined through enzymatic analysis of glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase (GOT) (a) and glutamate pyruvate transaminase (GPT) (b).
