Western blot analysis of C. rodentium antiserum of wild type mice (WT) and C57-CD40L^−/− mice. Mice were orally inoculated with C. rodentium CFU and were bled at 14 days after inoculation. Whole cell lysates were resolved in 10% gels by SDS-PAGE, and the serum was diluted 1 : 200. PL = protein ladder, UB = unboiled lysate, and B = boiled lysate.
