Uterine and vaginal support system. Apical support is provided by the CL and UL. Lateral support is provided by the LAM, which wraps around the vagina laterally. Distal support comes from the PB, which attaches to the vagina and rectum, and the puboperinealis ramus of the LAM, which is inserted into the PB.
