<div>Effect of the molar ratio of vinyl sorbate to polydatin (a), temperature (b), and reaction time (c) on CALB-catalyzed acylation of polydatin. Reaction conditions: (a) 0.03 mmol polydatin, 100 mg CALB, 3 mL anhydrous 2-MeTHF, 200 rpm, various amounts of vinyl sorbate, 40°C; (b) 0.03 mmol polydatin, 100 mg CALB, 3 mL anhydrous 2-MeTHF, 200 rpm, 0.27 mmol vinyl sorbate, different temperatures from 35 to 70°C; (c) 0.03 mmol polydatin, 100 mg CALB, 3 mL anhydrous 2-MeTHF, 200 rpm, 60°C, reaction time from 20 to 250 min.</div>
