¹²⁵I Seeds Radiation Induces Paraptosis-Like Cell Death via PI3K/AKT Signaling Pathway in HCT116 Cells

Cytoplasmic vacuolation induced by ¹²⁵I seeds radiation is nonreversible. The morphological changes of HCT116 cells were observed by inverted microscope (magnification: ×40) with progression of time (24–48 h) after removal of ¹²⁵I seeds radiation.
