Cytoplasmic vacuoles induced by 125I seeds radiation were of ER-origin. HCT 116 cells were exposed to 2 Gy of 125I seeds radiation. 48 h later, immunofluorescence analysis was performed to detect mitochondria, ER, and autophagosomes.
