P10 rats subjected to HI, treated with saline or TES448 and either cooled or kept with their dam, were analyzed 2 days after HI to assess injury on cresyl violet stained sections. Values are presented as box plots including median values, the 25% and the 75% percentile, , one-way ANOVA with Bonferroni’s multiple-comparison test, total = 16–38 per group, males = 5–19 per group, and females = 10–19 per group.
