Effect of BCA and Curcuma longa (CL) on human keratinocytes derived from pterygium explants after 3, 6, and 24 h treatment. Loss of adhesion and morphological changes occur in a time-dependent manner in treated samples. Original magnification: 20x. Observations were carried out with a phase contrast light microscope (LEICA) equipped with a CoolSNAP video camera to acquire computerized images (Photometrics).
