Antineoplastic Effects of Honokiol on Melanoma

<div>Honokiol decreased cell viability in SKMEL-2 (a) and UACC-62 (b) cells as evaluated by MTT assay. Cells were treated with honokiol 0–100 <i>μ</i>M for 12, 24, 48, and 72 hours.
