The figure shows a voluminous brain tumor, part of our series of study, with right hemispherical localization (blue asterisk), heterogeneous and necrotic, associated with significant peritumoral edema (yellow asterisk). Choline peak (red arrow) witnesses a significant cell proliferation with lipid peak (yellow arrow) witness of necrosis. This spectroscopic and morphological appearance strongly suggests glioblastoma.
