Case was a patient with left maxillary squamous cell carcinoma subsequent to total maxillectomy. The ectropion was partially due to cicatricial contracture and partially due to a paralytic component (a). Additional lateral tarsorrhaphy (arrowhead in (b)) was performed for this patient (the photo was taken 6 weeks after surgery).
