Effect of kinase specific inhibitors on the TPA-responsive ability of the LCN2 gene promoter. EC109 cells were transfected with plasmid pB152 for 24 h and pretreated with various specific inhibitors (U0126, PD98059, SB203580, PKC inhibitor, and SP600125) for another 1 h; then TPA was added to treat 24 h before harvesting the cells.
