Impairment of ADCC against primary CLL cells by kinase inhibitors. The antibody-dependent increase in the percentages of minimal calcein retention was determined in six or seven independent experiments with 3-fold excess of recombinant 26.5 (a) or 1708-LC3E11 (b) effector cells over CLL target cells.
