Retinoblastoma Binding Protein 5 Correlates with the Progression in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Knockdown of RBBP5 sensitizes HCC cells to doxorubicin. The cell growth of SMCC-7721 and Huh7 cells was influenced by DOX in a dose- and time-dependent manner (a). Cells were treated with DOX (1 mol/L) or not for 48 h. Knockdown of RBBP5 significantly increased DOX-induced cell proliferation inhibition (b), apoptosis (c and d), and colony formation inhibition (e). All experiments were performed in triplicate.
