High Mobility Group Box Protein 1 Serves as a Potential Prognostic Marker of Lung Cancer and Promotes Its Invasion and Metastasis by Matrix Metalloproteinase-2 in a Nuclear Factor-<i><i>κ</i></i>B-Dependent Manner

<div>Western blot analysis of the expression level of MMP2 in lung cancer cells after SiRNA transfection. Pretreatment of HMGB1 significantly increased the expression level of MMP2 in A549 and H1299 cells. However, inhibition of p65 significantly attenuated the expression level of MMP2 in A549 and H1299 cells.
