Downregulation of FBP1 induces cell cycle arrest in H460 cells. Cells were transfected with siRNA against FBP1; A549 cells that are with high methylation level are detected in the FBP1 promoter region; we observed treatment with 5-Aza-CdR; and cell cycle distribution was analyzed by FACS assay.
