Ginsenoside Rg3 Suppresses Proliferation and Induces Apoptosis in Human Osteosarcoma

Rg3 inhibition of human osteosarcoma cells proliferation. Osteosarcoma cells were incubated with varying concentrations of Rg3 for 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h. Cell viability was determined by CCK-8 assay. Each sample was run in triplicate and was normalized to cells without any treatment. Data represent the mean ± SD. .
