Oncogenic N-Ras induces histone H3 acetylation. (a) 293T cells were transfected with empty vector or the indicated oncogenic Ras isoform expressing vector. Chromatin was isolated and subjected to Western Blotting with the indicated antibodies. (b) Band intensities were quantitated by using ImageJ software, and the relative band intensities of three independent experiments are presented as mean ± SD.
