Upregulated TSG-6 Expression in ADSCs Inhibits the BV2 Microglia-Mediated Inflammatory Response

<div>TNF<i>α</i>-treated ADSCs inhibit LPS-induced inflammatory responses of BV2 microglia through the secretion of TSG-6. Results are representative of three independent experiments using three different cell cultures. The mRNA levels of IL1<i>β</i>, IL6, iNOS, and TNFa were detected. There are four treatment groups in total, group 1 (BV2 microglia), group 2 (BV2 microglia+LPS), group 3 (BV2 microglia+LPS+TSG-6-siRNA ADSCs), and group 4 (BV2 microglia+LPS+control-siRNA ADSCs).
