Sensitivity of bacteria to H2O2. M. smegmatis in the stationary phase that were cultured in Middlebrook 7H9 broth or minimal medium (MM), with or without glycerol and/or cholesterol, were treated with 20 mM H2O2 for 3 h and then spotted onto solid Middlebrook 7H10 broth. The images show cultures of the spotted bacteria that are representative of three independent experiments.
