<div>A 57-year-old female patient who had low back pain with right leg pain and numbness for 2 years, intermittent claudication 100m, and was treated by PE-TLIF. (a) Preoperative MRI and CT images showed a moderate lumbar spinal stenosis. (b) Preoperative X-ray image showed no instability. (c) Postoperative X-ray image showed a good implantation position. (d) Six-month follow-up X-ray image showed neither disc space subsidence nor implantation breakage. (e) Postoperative CT scan image. (f) Six-month follow-up CT scan image showed a standard lumbar fusion.</div>
