Protective Effect of Astragaloside IV on Hepatic Injury Induced by Iron Overload

Astragaloside IV could reduce the increase of autophagosomes induced by iron overload. Transmission electron microscopy was used to observed autophagosome structure. The shooting multiple was 20000×. There were a large number of autophagosomes in the model group, while the autophagosomes in the control group and the treatment group were rare. The control group was given 1 DMSO, and the model group was given Fe alone. The treatment group was given different concentrations of Astragaloside IV followed with the 60μM Fe.
