miR-15a-5p regulates chondrocyte proliferation and differentiation by targeting PTHrP. OA chondrocytes were treated with miR-15a-5p mimics, miR-15a-5p inhibitors, miR-15a-5p mimics + rhPTHrP, or negative controls.
