Case 3, a 40-year-old woman showed right posterior heel pain for 3 years, and her nonsurgical treatment was ineffective. (a) Preoperative radiograph revealed calcification near the posterior calcaneus. (b) Axis X-Ray plain film of calcaneus before operation. (c) Postoperative radiograph showed calcification in the Achilles tendon insertion had been removed, and the Achilles tendon was fixed by double row suture bridge.
