Cell signaling pathway analysis in CAPE-treated KN-3 cells. KN-3 cells were treated with SN50 (20 μg/ml) or SR11302 (10 μM) for 30 minutes followed by stimulation with CAPE (10 μg/ml) for 24 hours. The concentrations of VEGF in cell culture supernatants were determined by ELISA. Values represent the means ± SDs representative of three independent experiments, and each experiment was performed in triplicate.
