Hepatitis B Virus X Protein-Induced RORγ Expression to Promote the Migration and Proliferation of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

RORγ accelerates the proliferation of HepG2 cells. (a) HepG2 cells were cultured in 96-well plates and the cells were treated with lentiviral particles of overexpressing RORγ and control vector. With indicated treatment time, the cell viability was assessed by CCK-8 assay. (b) HepG2 cells were treated with lentiviral particles overexpressing RORγ and control vector for indicated times, and then the colony number was calculated with Image J after crystal violet staining.
