The trocar was advanced through the screw tract to the proximal margin of the femoral head under fluoroscopy monitoring. (b) Afterwards, the stylet was used to push CaP into the tract slowly. (c) CaP was penetrated into surrounding bone simultaneous with positioning of the lag screw. (d) Long trocar and stylet with enough length to femoral head manufactured and used.
