Tazarotene-Induced Gene 1 (TIG1) Interacts with Serine Protease Inhibitor Kazal-Type 2 (SPINK2) to Inhibit Cellular Invasion of Testicular Carcinoma Cells

<div>TIG1 and SPINK2 inhibit EMT. NT2/D1 cells were transfected with TIG1-myc-his and SPINK2-flag expression vectors for 24 h and were serum starved for 24 h. Cell lysates were prepared, and uPA activity was measured by enzyme immunoassay.
