Tazarotene-Induced Gene 1 (TIG1) Interacts with Serine Protease Inhibitor Kazal-Type 2 (SPINK2) to Inhibit Cellular Invasion of Testicular Carcinoma Cells

TIG1 and SPINK2 inhibit EMT. NT2/D1 cells were transfected with TIG1-myc-his and SPINK2-flag expression vectors for 24 h and were serum starved for 24 h. Cell lysates were prepared, and uPA activity was measured by enzyme immunoassay. Representative results from three independent experiments are shown, and data are presented as the mean ± SD. ∗ (a). Cell lysates from NT2/D1 cells transfected with TIG1-myc-his and SPINK2-flag expression vectors were prepared. Expression levels of E-cadherin, vimentin, TIG1-MYC, and SPINK2-FLAG were determined by western blot analysis.
