Morphological alterations in the ovarian tissues of rats after UCMSCs transplantation. Tissues are stained by hematoxylin-eosin. In NT group, ovarian structure was normal, and there were large amounts of primordial follicles and a well-developed corpus luteum (a, d). In CTX group, ovarian stromal suffered structural disorder, severe fibrosis, and cortical thickening, the corpus luteum exhibited fibrosis, and the number of follicles at each stage reduced (b, e). In UCMSCs group, follicle at different stages could be seen (c, f). Scale bar=200 μm.
