Validation DEmRNAs and DEmiRNAs by qRT-PCR. Fourteen tissues samples of RSCOAD patients (n = 7) and LSCOAD patients (n = 7) were used to perform the validation by qRT-PCR assay. All of the assays were performed three times independently at least. The x-axis shows DEmRNAs or DEmiRNAs and y-axis shows log2(Foldchange).
