STC2 Is a Potential Prognostic Biomarker for Pancreatic Cancer and Promotes Migration and Invasion by Inducing Epithelial–Mesenchymal Transition

STC2 promoted the EMT process in pancreatic cancer cells. (b) Overexpression or knock-down of STC2 in PANC-1 and (c) HPAC cells. Western blotting was subjected to analyze the expression of Snail, Twist1, β-catenin, Vimentin, and E-cadherin. GAPDH was used as a loading control. The relative expression levels were normalized to GAPDH. p<0.05, compared with vehicle controls.
