Palmitic Acid Induces MicroRNA-221 Expression to Decrease Glucose Uptake in HepG2 Cells via the PI3K/AKT/GLUT4 Pathway

<div>Effect of miR-221 mimic and inhibitor on expression of PI3K/AKT pathway proteins. HepG cells were transfected with miR-221 mimic or inhibitor for 24 h; PA was then added for an additional 24 h.
