The association of medicinal cure effect and genotype in CD patients. 5-ASA: 5-Aminosalicylic acid; GS: glucocorticoids; Anti-TNF; Infliximab, IFX; ISD: immunosuppressant, Azathioprine; NR: nonremission. In the early stage of CD treatment, the least toxic drugs are preferred. If they are ineffective or have adverse reactions, it will switch to other treatment options.
