Fluorochrome labeling histomorphometric change analysis showed three-colored fluorescence rendering the newly formed bone in the extraction sockets (a). The yellow tetracycline labels appeared earliest at 2 months of surgery, followed by alizarin red and green calcein labels at 4 months and 6 months of treatment, respectively.
