Effects of TLR2 ligands on chemokines mRNA expression in PBMCs from AD patients and healthy controls. After being incubated with TLR2 ligands Pam3SCK4 or PGN for 8 hours, the mRNA expression of CCL1 (a), CCL5 (b), CCL8 (c), CCL13 (d), CCL17 (e), CCL18 (f), CCL22 (g), and CCL27 (h) were determined by qRT-PCR.
