Effects of untreated exosomes and melatonin-stimulated exosomes (Mel-Exosome) on pro-inflammatory cytokines-treated THP-1 cells. Relative mRNA expression levels after pro-inflammatory cytokine (IFNγ and TNFα) treatment were determined using real-time PCR and normalized with GAPDH mRNA levels.
