Exosome and Melatonin Additively Attenuates Inflammation by Transferring miR-34a, miR-124, and miR-135b

<div>Effects of untreated exosomes and melatonin-stimulated exosomes (Mel-Exosome) on pro-inflammatory cytokines-treated THP-1 cells. Relative mRNA expression levels after pro-inflammatory cytokine (IFN<i>γ</i> and TNF<i>α</i>) treatment were determined using real-time PCR and normalized with GAPDH mRNA levels. Untreated THP-1 cells were used as control.
