Neuroepithelial Cell Transforming Gene 1 Acts as an Oncogene and Is Mediated by miR-22 in Human Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer

<div>miR-22 is downregulated in human lung cancer. (a) We sought the integrated database for miR-22 expression in normal and cancer tissues using dbDEMC (database of Differentially Expressed MiRNAs in human Cancers) and found that miR-22 was identified to be decreased in human lung cancer compared to normal samples. (b) Quantitative analysis for miR-22 expression standardized against those of U6 using qRT-PCR in normal human lung tissues and in lung tumor tissues (<i>n</i> = 10).
