RCAN1 Inhibits BACE2 Turnover by Attenuating Proteasome-Mediated BACE2 Degradation

<div>RCAN1 has no effect on lysosome-mediated BACE2 degradation. (a) HEK293 cells and (b) HRNLM cells were transfected with pBACE2-mycHis. 48 hours after transfection, cells were treated with 0, 10, 25, or 50 mM lysosomal inhibitor NH<sub>4</sub>Cl for 24 h.
