RCAN1 Inhibits BACE2 Turnover by Attenuating Proteasome-Mediated BACE2 Degradation

<div>RCAN1 attenuates proteasome-mediated BACE2 degradation. (a) HEK293 cells and (b) HRNLM cells were transfected with pBACE2-mycHis. 48 hours after transfection, cells were treated with 0, 10, 15, or 20 <i>μ</i>M proteasomal inhibitor MG-132 for 12 h.
