In operation, firstly, arthroscopic debridement of the synovial chondromatosis was conducted. Then, a two-planar osteotomy was performed, the wedge shape gap was widened and fixed at the predetermined angle via a metal bar stabilizer, and the locking plate was tightly fixed by screws.
